Glass splinters

Hi!
I just got the overnight result of my little Test of glass splinters.
I did some post to make it more 'dramatic'. ;)

lvl 15 reached
Renderingtime: 8h

Settings for dielectrics:
ND: 1.5725
Abbe: 42.5
Absorbance: 0.025
Roughness U: 0.02
Roughness V: 0.02

I'm really amazed that the dielectrics are so noisefree.
The only thing that should be improved is are the caustics they have a comparatively high 'noiserate'.

Anyway...

Looks real nice!

Maybe if you've got another free night for your CPU, you should try with a bit more DOF. Bring the camera closer to one of the shards. And experiment with the sorroundings, to get this lightning without post. ;)
