First scene have a lot of polygon and more object, more corner
My scene is quite simple

The CPU is different, they may be using a dual xeon or more...but...as I know by testing with my friend, the render speed only increase 150 % max

quite do not understand a simple like this take me about 2.5 h to finish :?

Not only the polygon count matters for speed and noise but also materials and color.

In your case most of the light is indirect (you have an interior scene), their scene is exterior (most light is direct light). Interiors will take a lot more to render. Also, don't put your white wall material too high, If you set it to 245-255 it will take even longer to get rid of the noise.
