Try UV roughness on a metal shader in Maxwell, if that don't work use a texture to create the polished aluminium surface look, bump it and so on..

maximus cover it well...

...just the so on are glosiness and reflectivity maps.
also the enviroment is very very important!

My test show me, the aniso effect dosn't work per uv roughness. I post it as bug, but get no answer.

Upps, I see, the answer was, that my post is edited and a "knowm issue" is added to the post. Subtle answer.

all ok... I just used a bump map with radial noise...
