So all this time I've been using (.025) when I should have been using (.305) for Scene Scale units!

Doh!

Light intensities and DOF playing much nicer now:

19 samples after 24 hours
post: noise reduction + curves adjustment + perspective adjustment

Really nice light and modell

You will get much faster sunlight through windows if you use a smaller outside plane. Make it almost the same size as the building. There is a current issue with the total scene scale and caustics.
