Well.. hm, yes well alright. The models themself are good looking. BUT, now comes the big but (please don't hit me for saying this) can't you find a better concrete texture to use, this one isn't even good. It ruins your model to be honest. Try a combination of several different types of concrete textures, i'm pretty sure that will bring your renderings to life again.

And i'm not gonna mention the noise, that's something you can solve later on with longer renderingtimes. It's not the big problem. You got some overexposure on most renderings, especially in the last pic with the bright light in the front.

So my suggestion is please please use the power of Google to find better textures to use, or ask the people on the forum for help if they have any good links to share with you. I see what i got too..

Sorry i say what i think :( but i think it's better i'm honest and give you tips on what you can fix to improve your otherwise nice looking scene. It's not meant as bashing on your work as i'm sure you have skills to create even better works.

The over-abundance of concrete makes me think of some oppressive Orwellian universe.

The scale of the restaurant seems wrong (or maybe it's just the camera angle), but it looks like the ceiling is too low.

I like the design of the atrium.

... and I have to admit this looks like the most uncomfortable place on Earth.

...which is interesting, in a way...

I second what mverta said. I would hate to be there more than 5 minutes at the most.

Nevertheless, good modeling and rendering work!!

Hmm, I like this athmosphere... this cold, rigid environment reminds me Gattaca... but you really should change that concreate texture. ;)

I actually like the auditorium, interesting space :)
For the liftcore not enough details though.

I think the ceiling looks too low because we are not used to seeing and FEELING a mass of concrete flat above our heads. Not usually used for ceilings like shown... for obvious reasons. I think a structure like this would (if the ceiling were to be 1 foot thick concrete) have support pillars running down the middle of the structure.

frankly the space looks a lot like a room for something unpleasant...like a school cafeteria. (due to the low cement ceiling)
