I hope you manage to complete a Maxwell interpretation of this scene. I suppose success, or otherwise, depends a lot on the lightwave plugin?

That's a perfectly nice eyeball. I'd have a tough time in life if eyeballs of themselves were a problem.

Something different, right... The bokeh in the background is stunning.
If you look at only the background, its almost photoreal.
The composition itself needs more integrity. You should put the fetus a bit to te left, and make its container cleaner, or the rest of the scene more dirty.
