it looks not real because it is no homogenous...
I mean the skydoes not fit at all... try to leave the maxwell sky... you don't need clouds... clouds = rainy days...

I think the main thing causing "artificiality" is the cyan untextured flat roof...

tree are onyx, the flat roof is metal with reflection, and it reflect the blue sky a lot, which make it cyan now
btw thank you all for comment

I took a look at this out of interest and the scene looks like lots of time has been spent on it.
My eyes do not see an obvious focal point. I'm assuming it to be the building but to me the structure is becoming a background for the nice foilage you have included.
Maybe the building will come out the image more with the palm trees directly infront removed.
Also, blurring the front foilage by djusting depth of field a little may help.

true, great start dude, but i agree with the sky comment, looks like the whole thing has been made in photoshop except the building, the trees look too pastely, and I would loose most of the plants in the foreground, maybe just a nice bushy shadow, maybe a late afternoon shot with a few lights on inside, cant wait for an update

maybe another correction in psp as the building is quite dark and to bad for the car windshield on the right it tend to "magnify" to much
