Your images always seem to be dark
Possibly your monitor brightness is set too high and throws you off ?

:) you and your glass ducks hehe, i like that :P
Try adjusting the camera options you can upon rendering in the Maxwell window so u see there in the preview if it looks too dark, then just boost your settings up a bit more. But probably Thomas is right about your monitor settings.

Absolutely true about the monitor. I have a dual monitor setup. My left monitor is for my work area and my right is for my tool rollouts and render windows. The right one is a first generation 18" lcd (about 6 years old.) I'll need to be more carfull until I get something newer.

Well if they look dark to you as well, it's not the monitor :)

Just adjust the shutterspeed or f-stop.......or emitter strength....or iso setting.....or all of them :)

lol. Well the monitor has to be bright for a good color representation . When I turn the brightness down the colors are well off. I guess it's has a 100:1 contrast or something horribly low like that :?

I can't get the Beta to go past level 9 80% of the time so this is alpha.
I must add though that I can see the improvements in each of the Betas and am glad that things are moving along ;) Keep up the good work NL team 8)
