How do you save a 16 bit image?

I've been saving 32 bit .hdr files, but I thought I'd save some 16 bit formats.

The tif seems to default to 8 bits. How do I save a 16 bit tif out of the renderer?

You must save to 32 bit hdr, then convert it in an image editing software. Unless you upgrade to Maxwell Version 2, which has a bit depth drop down selector.

That's what I was figuring.

Photoshop seems to force an assign profile on 32-bit import. I think I want to import with no color management and then convert to profile, as 16- and 8-bit Photoshop allows.

I'm still all over the place on color management.

Anyway... I think Maxwell 2 has color profiles, now, so...
