I have this warning all the time, saying that the maxwell image and the png image are not being saved.
Any idea?

I can think of two possibilities:
- wrong path
- no disc space

use only english fonts with no special characters

I am sure there is 100GB of free space, so this is not the problem
The path is as follows:

"W:/Trabajos/en_curso/Rw/scenes/C12"

And the complete warning is as follows:

WARNING:-IMAGE "W:/Trabajos/en_curso/Rw/scenes/C12" not saved

I am having this problem shown in the Maxwell Render Console.
I have asked this in the Maya Pluggin Forum, becausse I am using Maya 7
I have never benn able to get it right, I get that WARNING FOREVER, and have to save images manually.
I am working on a network.
Any idea????
Perhaps a bug with maya 7?

If it does turn out to be a Maya 7 problem, just save out your mxs file, open mxcl, load the mxs, then set your paths and render.

Also, have you tried using a UNC path instead of a mapped drive path?

There's no extension on that file name, so Maxwell doesn't know what format to save to. What are your output path and format settings in Maya?

Yep, specify if the file is .jpg or .png or whatever you want.

I guess the node can reach that location through network without problems.

In the Rendering setings windowm there is a box where you can select the type of ile.
I have chosen PNG in that box, but have not writen the .png in the filname box, assuming that it should be redundant.
Now I will try puting PNG in both boxes to see what happens.
