I installed Maxwell 1.7.1 on Mac Leopard 10.5.6 - and followed all of the steps in the text file that came with the download. Still when I render I get a watermark over my images. Here's what I did.
1. downloaded program from the link provided
2. The file expanded automatically after download
3. I copied the files into my applications folder
4. I opened Maxwell studio and clicked Help\License
5. Selected my license.dat file (which I have had for two years and originally used for my Windows version
6. Studio now shows that I have a license installed
7. I went into my maxwell folder (license.dat file is now present on the top layer), right clicked on MXCL icon and selected "show package contents"
8. Navigated to "Contents/MacOS" and copied my license.dat file into there.
9. when this didn't work, i also went right clicked mxstudio icon and copied into "contents/mac os" there.
Still, I get a watermark. What am I doing wrong?
