What's that exactly mean ?

It means that when you save the emixer sequence out to a set of images, that for each frame, you'll get an image for each light where the image will have only contribution from that light, at its current output value for the frame. Otherwise, it will save one image for each frame, using the combined light-mix for that frame.

I hope that made some sense...basically, I guess it allows you to load the images into a different editor, and yet retain separate control over the contribution of each light. I've never used it myself, though. :)

Uhhhm ... so clicking 'NO' is the right thing to do ? ..because I'm a little scared to click 'yes'. True..

JD .. while I got you here, ... once the saving of a sequence is set in motion, ..is there a way to stop it ? Does the ESC work ? thx thx.

ps. Having that option sounds crazy ... Who does that ??? :)

Yeah, I'd guess you'll probably want to be hitting the 'NO' button there. On the ESC thing, I have no idea - even if it doesn't, it's not like it should take too long to save out the images anyway...it isn't rendering or anything, just writing a bunch of files to disk. On the option itself, I really don't know...I'd just figure it came from somebody's wishlist request or something...

Yeah ... not feeling much like investigating that one. lol..

As for not taking too long, ....au contraire, ...It can take longer than you think -- right now I'm sending a 450 image multi-light at 2200px with simulens applied and I gotta tell ya, ..it's not quick. It's around 2 hours now with maybe a hundred frames left -- which is why asked about the ESC key, ... should I ever want to halt one of these bigger -mL jobs.

So far no need to hit eject -- all looking good. :)

PS to all: Simulens is one of the most underrated features in Maxwell ! Scattering is sweet ! lol..

I retract my previous statement.

And...since you can't check, I did - ESC does nothing.
