Hey everyone!

Next Limit Technologies is preparing the new 2009 Show Reel which will be shown at Siggraph 2009.

We are looking for your best work to include in the Reel. If you are a company, a freelancer or a student with a good aptitude for Maxwell Render or RealFlow and you would like to see your work included in our Reel, then please get in contact with us at jobs@nextlimit.com with the subject: REEL2009.

Thanks!

Siggraph 2009 - that's in August. I wonder how much time do we have.

I am sorry, but since this is in August, won't the reel include mostly Maxwell 2.0 renderings? Does that mean that we won't have Maxwell 2.0 in August?
This is my first thought reading this...

Well, honestly I think it's a bit too early to talk about Maxwell 2.0 release. If it will be here that soon, the only thing that you can expect is a new splash screen with a big 2.0 on it (sorry, Autodesk, but it's all your fault). I prefer too wait a bit longer, but in the end, to get a REAL nextgen Maxwell everyone's waiting for.
You know what the say: A masterpiece comes just once in a while.
Am I right, NextLimit?

OK, sorry for going offtopic. Back to original thread.

i doubt we will see 2.0 until sometime around Christmas 2009. Atleast that's the feeling i get when observing certain things here.

If this is true, then it must be a great release, 100% new! I don't mind waiting we get such a great app... I would appreciate some news though, other than choosing materials from MXM gallery...

Hi,

Thanks everyone for your comments. Leo, we are fine with images attached to the email or links to images, whatever is most convenient for you.
Tea_bag, you should use an ftp client such as CuteFTP to access the ftp - I suppose you were also given a username/ password to access, correct? Let me know if you need further help.

Thanks!

Nicole
