cmd line not redner what I want

my local PC do strange things
I start a normal cmd line render in 100x100 pixel to SL5 or 1 min max. rendertime
I start the render and get what I need
some seconds after I start the same cmd again but MXW stop render on SL1 or after 10 seconds or immidently "finish successful"
there is no logical system behind - mxw stop the render with random SL or time but never with the values I like
after render I wait 5min and all turns back to normal
or if I load another scene it render normal
deleting the temp renderfiles not help
as soon as I render the same file X times "short" again, I have troubble
sounds to me something hang in memmory
any clues
