Maxwell Render | Official public forum

I have noticed that some of the displacement materials on the maxwell library come pre set on absolute height, adaptive precision and smoothing. Does stting tooks forever to start render on my machine. Is there any especial reason for this settings?

I don't use adaptive precision for that reason. It takes too long to calculate. I usually start with 16 and go up as needed depending on the detail of the map.
