Just wondering if maxwell render will work on Fedora 8 with the PS3 ? or in a ps3 cluster.

From what i understand the Cell works with different instructions and NL would have to code Maxwell Render specifically for that. So the Linux version of Maxwell Render won't run on this Fedora kernel.
I'm pretty sure they'll eventually experiment with specialized architectures like CUDA.
