i just want to make sure there hasn't been an update for this, before i make a grumpy post in the wish list:

is there a way to process .mxi files in a batch...?:

eg. saving as .jpg / adjusting gamma / simulens etc.

there is a command line tool in the maxwell folder for exact doing this.
juts write a batch script and you can batch merge mxis.

i think this was added for exactly this in 1.7

cheers

thanks for the hint Stefan,

i am already aware of mximerge.exe

i looked into the -help of the .exe but it is solely for merging mxi.

i actually played with it, to find a way of using it to only convert single mxi, too.
no luck there, it only writes the alternate image format (.hdr/.png etc.) if you input two mxi with different seeds.

besides that, i also want to adjust simulens and similar parameters during batch conversion.
