Is there a chance this could be released in English? Or is it already?

I've been waiting for a book like this. As well as tutorial DVD's etc.

In order to avoid that the english manual goes out of stock, i'll propose DOT IT to allow us to pre-order the manual and pay for it if possible.

This is a good way to see how much audience they have also for printing enough copies.
