Has anybody used MxiMerge yet?

When I type MxiMerge.exe -help in my cmd prompt it says its an unrecognized command. Can somebody tell me what i'm missing?

the common flag

"c:\>-h
'-h' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file"

I'm runing xp64 w/ mw1.7

Note: I also 'ran' the mximerge.exe proggy that came with mw. It starts a cmd box for you, but even then it doesn't recognize -h as anything.
