Not to be negative or anything but i kinda get the feeling they'll be pushing ahead the release a bit further, it just seems like it's gonna happen due to the silence now when we're so close to the end of the month. Otherwise i think we would been given more info about the release.

:(

Hi again,

There will be a newsletter in one week, and it will have some very interesting information about the new version of Maxwell Render...the release won't take months, it will be here soon, but we want to have a good, strong release, and not a hasty one.

Thanks!

Nicole

Hope the new release will be out before the date v1.0 was released last year.
1 minor update in a year would seem quite strange...

It occurs to me that Maxwell is such a desirable product that the criticism is more extreme and angry than it would be if it didn't have much to offer. As a long time forum observer and occasional poster, it is clear no matter what NextLimit communicates, there's a small but vocal supply of disappointed customers.

NextLimit has made lots of contributions in the last year including a materials gallery, amazing plugins for several platforms and updates for several others.

We can all imagine more and want to be using Maxwell on a daily basis for all of our realistic rendering needs, but product development takes time.

Thanks NextLimit for your leadership in this exciting new area of development for visualization!
