Finally! thanks Nicole for the announcement :) and what a good one this was, normalmaps look like displacement and bumpmaps look like normalmaps now. Yay! and all the rest of the good stuff.

I wonder what displacement looks like in 2.0.. maybe it's more like vectordisplacement now :P

..wow.. more strong features.. most promising is the addition to the speed/noise Improvements
getting such hard shadows/caustics from hdr lighting is awesome!

Thanks Nicole, I love the colour enhancement. Also it's seems in the new picture added to the speed/noise section that the reflection at glazing angle on the sphere has been revised. The bump improvement looks really good too.
