If I'm at GMT -6 hrs (USA Central time), do I enter -6 (minus six) hrs in the box or (positive) 6 hours?

MW 2.6, C4D R12/R13, Rhino 5.0, WinVista x64, i7-920 3.8Ghz, 12 GB RAM
