Image can not be save as HDR

Hi Everyone,
Here is my problem. I was trying to save my image as HDR format in Maxwell render ( V2.1.0.0.). There was a error pop up image cannot be save. I have no problem on V2.0.
Is there any solution or update available?

I just tested saving an MXI to HDR successfully. Is anyone else having trouble?

I was able to open up an MXI file and save as an HDR without any problems, but wasn't able to save any other image types as an HDR. Infact I get the same message as Tony. This has always been a problem for me in Maxwell 2.0+, so I just tend to save image files as an MXI and use them in the studio as reflectance/refraction/illumination maps.

Thanks for your suggestion. It works with saving as MXI file. I'm hoping the new coming update can solve the issue, I wonder have you try reinstall Maxwell?

I had problems even with simple file.jpg when "path" was too fancy . did You tried ? c:/file.hdr ?

Hi Everyone,
I did give myself more tests for saving image as HDR in different way and Maxwellrender v2.1 not allow to save any other image types as HDR and MXI to HDR does not work as well. So I'm not the only one having same problem.
