OPEN GL SCREEN REDRAW PERFORMANCE

OK definately got a bug here, happens with just about every scene, even if i dont have another open GL application running, whenever I switch between prespective view to a camera view or visa verse(OK not every time but a lot) only part of the viewport refreshes, doesnt seem to matter if the scene is an old mxs, or exported from modo via the plugin, heres some screen shots:

My system specs are:

Windows Vista x64 Ultimate
Dual Intel Xeon E5430
8Gb RAM
NVIDIA GefORCE 9800 GTX+
DRIVER VERSION 190.62

Let me know if I can provide more information, it's not happening with just one particular scene.

I tried taking a screen capture with Cam Studio but MW2 doesn't behave the same while the screen capture is recording, I think that's Murphy's Law or something, can anyone from Nextlimit confirm this as a bug?
