I build my models in FORM.Z and render with the maxwell plugin. I'm wondering how to render a view where I have an object in the foreground in focus and the object in the background blurry. I know it has something to do with the scene scale - but I can't figure it out. I'm able to make foreground views blurry and objects in the background in focus.

Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts. Thanks.

The dof is controlled by scene scale and aperture. You can experiment with changing these to control the DOF. You can make sure that your center of interest COI is where you need it inside FZ if you work through the plugin. You may then move this along the line of sight inside the edit cone of vision dialogue by clicking the shift key when grabbing the COI.

Good luck!
