I have noticed that if I have a surface and a solid model joined together, Maxwell will not render it at all. I keep running into this issue because I have purchased so many stock models that are a mixture of different types of models joined together. For instance, some of the Got3D people models are "mixed". I can send a file for you to test if you like.

Was wondering if you have fixed the issue of rendering with physical sky and no sunlight straight out of FormZ to Maxwell instead of taking a pit stop at Studio?

I have this problem too. The mixed topologies will render in Form-Z but not in Maxwell Render.

Please do send me the file - I will check it ASAP.
