error with symbols: object.setBase

I finally upgraded the plugin to the latest version and now with symbols I'm getting this error:
object.setBase
No object defined to set base
Anyone know what this is and why symbols are doing this?

Hi monochrome,
It might happen especially with symbols inside symbols, you would need to explode the symbol into objects to fix it. We are working to fix it for the next update and make it more robust.

The symbols are not nested. What's worse, it worked perfectly with the previous version of the MaxwellZ plugin.
Can I download the old one off the maxwell site? If not, how do I get around this?

Just curious, does the "export symbols as instances" make any difference?
