Copy attributes bug?

Hello,

As I have already announced there will be an update this week. Some of you have reported a bug in the copy attributes system ( Assign this object as source/ Apply source attributes to selection). We can not reproduce this bug here. If some of you get a sequence of steps that shows this undesired behavior please post it here.

I´ve PM´ed you a link to a file that shows the behaviour. Please let me know if you can reproduce it.
