Yes, Please!
We are not perfect, so an undo buttom will be great!
and the possibility to do 5 undos and redoos would be much better!

At first I also thought this would be essential but seeing as objects are imported with their s/r/t values at 0, if you accidentally move an object, just set it back to 0.
As for the rest, I'm not sure why an undo would be crucial. Setting material params? Assigning materials?

Because we like to make adjustments, sometimes these adjustments need undoing but not resetting back to their default load positions.
No undo option would be idiotic.
