After playing arround during 2 days with the Maxwell RC1, I have some wishes:
The first one would be to be able to do a render, that unfortunately couldn't up to now. I assume that this will be done, so let's not count it as a wish.
1) The possibility to read external references. I use to have very heavy models, and they are never in a single file, for several reasons: a) It would be very risky b) I need to work with several people, so that each of them will handle a part. c) In case of accident it is easier to find the problem. I like the way Maya works: you can have several files and assign materials and other properties on them, and they would work in the mother file (the file that calls all the others) to produce the render.
2) Perspective correction lens or shift lens. Curently I am rendering at double resolution in height, with a camera which axis is perfectly horizontal. This reproduces the effect of PC lenses, but as I have to double resolution, it reaches to my PC limit faster, and it is a limit for my images.
