actually i've seen lot of people who know posting/answering questions/typing hundred of pages long threads. i think that maxwell alpha/beta has been covered quite extensively through the pages of these forums.
this being said i guess nl will provide documentation and info when the next version comes out (it wouldn't make any sense right now, with a six month old version which is about to be replaced with a quite different and new one).

just guessing here, but i think this newly planned forum for registered users is meant to provide just this kind of support.

you are soooo right!
the tutorials are spread all over, just one folder with good tutorials and with sample projects for max, lightwave, etc etc is needed!!

It's not easy writing docs for software that was still under so much heavy development. I'm sure we'll get more detailed docs once the features are in place and 1.0 will be out.

I'm just saying the reason we haven't gotten more detailed docs (as the original poster complained about) is that Maxwell was still under heavy development when the beta arrived with the docs made by Tom. Ofcourse this will change now with this RC, and we'll have more detailed documentation. That's all I was saying...
