do not maximize maxwell preview window

I have my dual monitors set to allow spaning accross two screens, and it is really annoything that everytime maxwell window opens it maximized on both screens and I need to downsize it. I need this setup to work with other programs so it would be great if the preview window did not maximize but rather conform to the size of the render i.e. 640x480

well, I have option to allow the program window to be open half on one and half on the other monitor. This tho forces all maximized windows including maxwell to span accross two monitors. I can turn it off I suppose, but I need it to work with my maya set up.

Hey morbid angel, is there any way to specify which monitor maxwell opens up in? I want it to open up on the left hand monitor, but it always opens up on the right one (that is set up as the primary display).

I have winXP pro, geforce 5700

Im not too keen on programming but I think it can be done but in SDK. If it opens on your primary monitor there should be a way to switch to secondary. But I wouldnt know how to do it. NL guys would.

ahhh. I thought maybe it was handled through the OS. It'd be cool if I could tell windows to open apps in a certain window.

Ok I figured it out. I got quadra so I used nvidia settings to individually control specific application and forced it to open on single screen which I specified. So if you want maxwell window to open on your secondary monitor you can do it thru nvidia desktop manager.
