it would be nice to have a 'save parameters' dialog for all the environment settings. at least in lightwave these settings are saved within the scene file. trying out different environment settings fast is rather clumsy when you have to type in again and again all these parameters. also, saving and loading different scene files is not the best solution.

the best GUI implementation would probably be to have a popup menu with your own configurable and saveable presets.
