Skinshader

a special skin shader - kinda like the one from mental images sss_fast_skin etc.

I agree, but a true skinshader goes deeper than this. It should be/has to be multilayered with the ability to control acattering and thickness of each layer of the skin. Also using procedurals and textures to control the skins density via those would be very good to give your objects thin veins visible through the skin and such tiny details which makes something look and feel real.
