I hope more support agents and developers of Maxwell help people in the forum
Really it is very weird that we don't get answers for long time and sometimes no answers at all !

I've noticed this too, but suspect the impacts of Covid is taking its toll.

This happened before covid, the support is very slow and sometimes they never answer
