Hi,
I'm a big fan of Maxwell using it for architectural renderings.
But when it comes to sections, which are an essential tool to explain a project, you can only have the z section plane linked to the camera angle.
Using Sketchup for modelling, section cuts views of the model are often use...but can't be rendered.
That is the essential point that is missing today to my knowledge.
If you have a look at this simple "Ambientocclusion pro" ( http://www.ambientocclusion-sketchup.com/) plugin developed for sketchup, after communicating with them they achieved to do that...and i'm more and more using their plugin then Maxwell for architectural rendering.
You guys should do something about it.
Thank you
Best
