Adaptive Displacement Precision

A new level of adaptivity would be analyzing of displacement texture to determine polygons not affected by displacement that don't need to be subdivided. Currently I make a copy of the main material and switch on the displacement. Then I assign it to affected faces only. Sometimes you need only a small embossment that looks extremely fake with just bump. A shorter workflow would be nice.
