It would help in setting up DOF shots(in wireframe plan view) to have graphics that mark the limits of focus. That way it would be obvious at a glance, what is in focus and what is not. Fire window doesn't always display detail sufficient to determine this, and test renders are time consuming.

it's better if we can see this effect in viewport (opengl) wihout need use fire
