vray material converter exist but you must buy it

I'd pay for a similar plugin that converted a Vray for C4D scene and materials over to Maxwell as I'm choosing this render engine a lot more over Vray now

Are there any other converters for 3DS Max available?
The kongdee.biz page is down since 25th of Feb.
The converter script from motivacg.com doesn't support maxwell any more.
