Hi, It would be really desirable to be able to import a base mesh for the maxwell sea object to use rather than simply have it create its own square sea mesh. This imported base mesh could for example already have some displacement from say a boat wake etc , and then the sea condition from wind and tide from the sea object gets applied to it. Control could be from a bit map like a displacement map etc. Right now this could be done using a displacement map for the boat wake but there is no control to locally vary the maxwell object.
