Many times maxwell crashes without expected reason.
I can work in my PC than copy MXS to render PC - and it crashes.
But, I've found a cure for this:
changing the prefs to another option - no matter what - user/project/temp - will fix it.
No matter what option was selected, if maxwell crashed all I have to do is change to another option and it works, until next crash.
So the cure is known, why not find and fix the bug? thanx !

Check the temperature of the CPU when rendering. Maxwell makes it get to full load and temps can go very high if CPU is not well refrigerated. You can use Coretemp for example: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
