multithreaded pretesselation

when rendering several objects with pre-tesselated displacement applied, only one core processes one object at a time.
it would be a great speed up if objects could be prepared across all cores in a system.

Even better if multi-thread pretesselation on single objects. Not sure if that is possible though.
