hello,
we have developed (Rodman) something in the french forum allowing you to see and edit all the maps parameters (not exactly what you need at the moment - but changing all the maps with the same name is on the roadmap):

I am dreaming of similar material manager. I use referenced materials ad sometimes have to use materials from previous scene. I need to change paths manually....
