Set render time to less than 1 minute?

Hi, just wondering if there's a way to set render time to less than 1 minute? This seems to be the minimum allowable value, but I was wondering if something could be put in the command line that would enable each frame to be, say, 30 seconds. For one reason or another, I've found myself wishing to do renders quicker than 1 minute on multiple occasions.

You could use a very low SL, it will stop before 1 min then.

In render options you can change the engine to RS0, which is same as FIRE, but then it gets saved.
