MultiLight randomizer.

A simple concept -- add a randomizer slider/value to multilight enabled geometry so that each separate light is randomly varied between the current value and 0 (or other set minimum) and the percentage of the resulting randomization that is added into the scene is user controlled (via slider).

This would be excellent for quickly generating highly flexible city shots... for example you would set the windows of a whole building to one multilight emitter then control the amount of random variation via the slider.
