Displacement (for ZBrush)

Hey Maxwell Team;

Just thought I would once again throw in a request for micro-triangle displacement (for ZBrush compatibility) as it is the only thing currently stopping me from using it for my ZBrush work.

I realize that the majority of rendering with Maxwell has thus far been architectural but character work is something many of us specialize in and the addition of Maxwell to our rendering arsenal for character animation would be awesome.

My $0.02.

Regards,
-Richard

I'm rendering a Z-Brushed model right now. Although I exported it with full polygons instead of the displacement.

But, the Dispmap would make Z-Brush more useable with Maxwell.

Hi all,

Yes, don't worry, as I said in other occasions, displacement will be a feature in Maxwell as soon as possible.

Best regards,
