Exclude from multilight option.

Hi,
I would find very useful to have an option per emitter material to exclude it from multilight. Just to save memory and make it easier to adjust what you want to adjust and not everything.

This is really as it should be from the beginning... since ML is so memory consuming.

Oh! And a master switch to override that option: Use all <> Use only selected.

This would be welcomed increased functionality— memory savings, faster network renders, merging etc.
