R2 type falloff control for layer opacity.

Basically just port the R2 function into the layer opacity or BSDF "weight" controls -- a fast and flexible way to have more control over how layers/BSDFs mix without using maps.

Hm, if I understand you correctly ( not used R2 )... viewing angle layer control? That sounds nice, would allow easy creation of xray-effect materials, something I've missed.
