Complex Reflectance Curve Input Channel

Currently one can set a value for reflectance at 0 and 90 degrees, and a level of control over the falloff via R2 parameter.
For the next level of accuracy in materials - a way to input lab measured reflectance values for non-refractive materials would be ideal. Similar to the Complex IOR files for refractives. Basically a way to explicitly define a curve for the reflectance.
