gaussian blur for Material Editor

I somtimes miss a gaussian blur control inside the Texture editor.
It should also be available for the environment hdr-images which are used inside a scene.

Just an FYI, there is a per-texture filter (quadratic, not gaussian) for non-HDR textures. In MXST/MXED, it is the 'Filter' drop-down in the texture editor, in Rhino, it is a toggle (quadratic interpolation) in the texture-editor's toolbar. The switch is available when editing HDR textures, but does not appear to have any effect.

i've been playing with hdr lighting in rhino lately, trying to get harder shadows..
imho, a few controls over HDR would be helpful, besides blur i'm thinking of gamma, saturation and exposure, to quickly adjust the hdr effect without the need of PS.
